If it is a physical sales channel, it is about added value for: the brand, the customer and the bottom line. If it e.g. is a physical space via an office/ domicile, it is more about branding and frameworks that create efficient and innovative employees as well as some physical frameworks that enable employees, suppliers and customers in the house to clearly understand who you are as a brand.
